hot brown sugah opens her trap yet again

i've gained weight! winter has got to me! if i don't want any teasing bout my spare tyres when i come back at the end of the year, i need to lose 10 kilos (but that doesn't mean i gained 10 okay!)

now,
how the hell am i gonna lose 10kg?
